The Fraser Gear Pollen Applicator is a highly efficient pollen delivery system for dry artificial pollination of kiwifruit flowers. Simply mount the Applicator on your quad bike, side by side or tractor, load the pollen, and drive beneath the kiwifruit vine canopy using the applicator to blow pollen upwards onto flowers for artificial pollination.
The Applicator’s innovative design allows it to be easily mounted on a variety of orchard vehicles. It is powered by a 12V electric motor that can be powered by an optional battery pack for quad bikes or directly from the battery of a side by side or tractor. Loading pollen into the Fraser Gear Applicator is quick, and delivering a controlled quantity of pollen onto flowers is easy thanks to an adjustable dial with a digital readout.
